    We recommend starting your dress search 9-12 months prior to your wedding date! This allows enough time for ordering, shipping, and alterations without feeling rushed.

  • Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?


    Yes, we operate by appointment in order to provide a curated and personalized experience with a dedicated stylist. Appointment requests can be submitted either through our website, or by calling the boutique.


  • How many people can I bring to my appointment?

    You are welcome to bring up to 4 guests. For larger parties, we offer a Boutique Buyout Experience so you can have the shop all to yourself!

  • What should I bring to my appointment?

    We recommend wearing nude undergarments and any inspiration photos. If you plan to wear specific shoes or accessories, bring those too!

  • Can I take photos during my appointment?

    Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos so you can look back at your favorites. 

  • What is the price range of your gowns?

    Our collection ranges from $3,500-$15,000. Your stylist will help guide you to gowns within your budget and vision!

  • What sizes do you carry?

    Our average sample size is a 10-12. Bridal sizing can vary, but our stylists are experienced in helping brides of all shapes and sizes to find their perfect fit.

  • How long does it take for my dress to arrive after ordering?

    Most dresses take between 5-8 months to arrive, depending on the designer. Rush options may be available if you are on a shorter timeline.

  • What is your return or cancellation policy?

    All gowns are final sale due to the custom nature of bridal wear. Once a gown order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Do you offer alterations?

    Yes, we offer in-house alterations with our atelier for an additional cost. We’ll schedule your fittings closer to your wedding date to ensure the perfect fit. 

  • Are alterations included in the dress price?

    Alterations are not included and are billed separately, as the needs vary from bride to bride. We’ll go over pricing at your first fitting.

  • What is your payment Policy?

    A 60% deposit is required to place your order, and the remaining balance is due when your gown arrives. We accept all major credit cards. 

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! We offer flexible payment options to make the process easier. Please ask your stylist for details during your appointment.

  • Can I customize my gown?

    Yes! Many designers allow customizations such as neckline changes, adding sleeves, or modifying trains. Your stylist will guide you on what’s possible. 

  • Do you offer veils and accessories?

    Yes, we have a curated collection of veils, headpieces and jewelry to complete your bridal look.
